Founder
Elmer Flores is the Founder and leading Advisor for The Flores Company.
Elmer’s insurance career began in 2015 as a Producer for Farmers Insurance, focusing on Personal Lines products including, Auto & Home. Within a year, he moved up to focus on Commercial Lines products including, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Workers Compensation coverages for Artisan Contractors and Restaurants. Experiencing the limits of underwriting guidelines within Farmers Insurance, and lack of risk management services and resources available for small businesses, the idea of starting an independent brokerage dedicated only for Small to Medium sized businesses was born.

Client Relations Manager
Diana Flores is the Client Relations Manager for The Flores Company.
Diana’s insurance career began in 2019 as an intern for our company. Now, a dedicated staff member, she manages the resources critical to delivering outstanding services for our clients, ensuring our clients’ success.
Diana also holds a Business Management & Marketing degree from Pepperdine University.
